What Will It Cost Me?
Hosts pay nothing to be featured onThe GirlTalk Network. The only cost you are responsible for is the package you have chosen with BlogTalk Radio to keep your show on the air with them. They offer a free package as well as premium packages starting at $39/month — some even come with a 30 day FREE trial period. Payments and all billing is done between you, the host, and BTR. The GirlTalk Network operating costs will be covered by corporate sponsors obtained by the GTN.
Can I Make Money?
Yes! If you are a premium host on BlogTalk Radio you can sell advertising within your own show. Be sure to check with BTR to see which show host packages qualify for advertising. YOU choose what to charge your advertisers and payment arrangements are between you, the host, and your advertising clients. Of course, if you have a product or service that you offer, your radio show gives you a platform to increase your reach and build on your credibility to sell even MORE. Your show can be leveraged as a marketing tool and a connecting point with potential clients.
What Other Benefits Are There?
Being part of the GirlTalk Network will give you increased credibility and listener traffic for your show. The higher your listenership, the more you can charge for advertising and the more products and services you can sell! If you are a member of the radio station you will have access to a badge to place on your personal show site showcasing your membership on the GTN. Your show will stream from the GirlTalk Network website during your time slot as well as on your own personal BTR page. Shows can be 30 minutes to 3 hours in length. The network will also be featured on the BlogTalk Radio home page. Your show will also be archived as a podcast and made available on iTunes. Hosts will also be given a username and password to create posts about upcoming shows on the radio station home page. Your bio will be featured on the ‘Hosts’ page and your show will be included on the ‘Schedule’ page of the GirlTalk Network website.

The top hosts with the most influence and reach within their area of expertise will be featured in a presentation to potential sponsors required to launch the network.
